DABHAANG

Each face reminded me of VIBGYOR; it was tough for me to recognize who is who. Everybody was drenched in what not – Egg, Ujala, Washing Powder, Haldi, Kumkum, Gulaal. Not that they don’t have colors, but it was their way of celebration. This is the scene at my cousin’s place on Holi. We (Me & ma younger, who just reached the spot) were wondering what’s with these people, they were never this wild. What’s wrong with all of them today? We were still in the state of shock when we saw our brother, who was also a spectator to this scene but was enjoying it than getting annoyed. Now we got it… It must be some stupid trick of his for whole of this scene to take place and as expected, it was true.
Earlier in the morning, when everybody started playing holi, my brother distributed them these special LADDUS ;-)
And everybody got crazy after having them. They were all laughing to their glory. Most of you might have already guessed what that special ingredient that made those laddus special and people crazy was. Yup it was BHAANG! Lolz!
(So the title can also be read as The Bhaang or The Bang lollzzzzzzz)

Moral of the Story: Don't accept anything from anybody on Holi ;-) (Be it your own cousin)

PS: Later when people realized what all crazy things they’ve done, each one had to search a corner to hide their faces.

Boring Adventure

Yet another boring day... I was sitting at my desk trying to work on something.
Suddenly I see a security guard running on the floor and simultaneously, I hear the announcement in the floor to evacuate the building as there was some kind of emergency.
I was too Lazy to even get up from the seat. I immediately opened our company mail id to check if any mock emergency evacuation drill has been scheduled. No such mail.
Now I started to panic, as the announcer was repeating DO NOT PANIC.

I got up, joined my group of friends who were already panicking and we all moved towards the emergency exit.(As we generally do while the Mock Drill). To our surprise, that exit was closed.
We went back to the main entrance, swiped our cards against the door and came out.(Cool Emergency huh?!) We were guided towards downstairs and finally we came to a stop at our building cellar.
I was again wondering, what kind of a place is this for an emergency crisis. This is the most inappropriate place to stand during crisis. It has to be an empty open ground.(I passed the crisis management training with 90% ROFL)
Now with all this calculations in my mind, I concluded that its again a SURPRISE MOCK DRILL and we are not in ACTUAL CRISIS.

As we were all relaxed, we came back to our own gossiping world. There is one of my friends who has crush on this new hot guy in our floor. He becomes to be my teammate but I hardly know him.(Saw him a couple of times and spoke to him only once)
Soon my friend started staring at him and cursing me for not introducing her to him .. so that they get close to each other and romance blooms between them. ;-) :-P
In the conversation, she challenged me that I'm too scared to go and talk to that guy. Now if someone is challenging me, I will have to do something. I started heading towards the guy. All my friends thought I would just turn back and come(Initially my intention was also the same :-P). I almost reached the guy, his back facing towards me, Now that was enough for challenge, I thought and turned back to my friends.
Then I saw my friend, who challenged me, with a look at me - 'Huh! U cant do this! Come Back'That's it, I've to talk to this guy now. I turned back again. Soon we started the conversation that lasted for 5mins and I came back with 'I've done it' expression.
Sudden flood of questions started flowing towards me. What were you talking to that guy?
Did you say anything about us? (While in the conversation, I pointed my friends to him, just to make them more tensed and curious ;-))
Finally when I explained them the whole conversation which was purely project related, they were relieved.
There ended my boring day with a bit of Adventure!

Moral of the story - Accept the challenges ROFL!

PS: When I turned back to the guy for the 2nd time, I was calling his name but there was no response from him. Just then I realised that I was trying to call his name and actually there was no sound except for air. lollllllllllll!!!!
